This piece is a quaint and subdued version of the clown collar, that appears a little more delicate and subdued, but still gives the feeling of the run ruffled collar of a minxy creature. The size can easily be adjusted to better fit the receiver and if green isn't the color for you, the beads can be swapped out for another color as well prior to purchase.
